The staff was so polite and friendly, and they upgraded my room upon check-in. Porters were available to open doors and assist with luggage. That is a plus! Breakfast offered a wide array of choices, including cereals, ham, and eggs. The hotel is good value for money, and I would book again.
Storage space in my room was a bit limited. This is a minor quibble though.

The location is excellent, near the heart of the city center! and also close to Muelle Uno. Attractions are very close. It is easy to walk to many places. Though, you may need to use a cab sometimes.

The rooftop bar is a must. The views from the terrace are lovely when dining! Breakfast covers many options, and the rooftop restaurant offers splendid vistas. I enjoyed eating there very much.

I encountered issues upon arrival. The air conditioning barely functioned. additionally, the noise levels from the street were quite disruptive. it made restful sleep difficult..
